Our vertical automatic sorter: a single technical and shared tool

This automated sorting channel is able to sort 5,000 pieces per hour, of every kind (textile shoes, toys ...) to a maximum weight of 3 kg. 

Articles are placed in pockets identified by an RFID tag. A backlog is injected into the system.

As it receives the products in these pockets, the sorting system performs a complete control and positions it in a pool bar.
Once the bar is full, it is released and pouches containing items from the same order are then combined.
The products are then directed to the wrapping station.
Particularly suited to e-commerce sector, it is used for all operations of reverse logistics.
