ARTICLE 3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Access and use of the site are subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use.

The publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the site and the services as well as the present T&Cs, in particular to adapt to the evolutions of the site by the provision of new functionalities or the deletion or the modification of existing features.

It is therefore advised to the user to refer before any navigation to the latest version of the Terms, accessible at any time on the site. In case of disagreement with the TOS, no use of the site can be made by the user.

The User undertakes to :

ARTICLE 4. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION

The publisher implements the technical solutions at his disposal to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He may nevertheless at any time suspend, limit or interrupt access to the site or to certain pages of the site. the latter to make updates, changes to its content or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the site.

SeD cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or termination of the Site, for any reason whatsoever, or for any material or immaterial damage resulting in any way whatsoever from connection to the Site and/or use of the system. The connection of the User to the Site is made under his entire responsibility.

In particular, SeD may not be held liable for any damage to information, programmes, files or databases resulting from the use of the services.

SeD may not be held liable for any disruptions or interruptions to Internet access networks, failure of the user's computer or telephone equipment and, more generally, for any event related to the conditions of access to the Internet.

Furthermore, SeD offers no guarantee that the information and/or elements accessible via this Site are accurate, complete or up to date, nor that this Site does not contain any viruses or elements harmful to the User.

Finally, SeD shall not be held liable:

- Intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, in particular those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of the information circulating on it;

- Illegal content or activities using its site without it having been duly informed of them within the meaning of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

6.2. User’s Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for the use made of the Site. He expressly acknowledges that use of the Site is at his own risk. In this respect, he must comply with the regulations and laws in force, particularly with regard to the processing of personal information. Furthermore, it undertakes not to send any message that is contrary to the law.

The User is solely responsible for the identity he declines and the content of the messages sent. Any use of any data made from the User's e-mail address is deemed to have been made by the User.

The User assumes all risks related to loss of profits, loss of data, errors, loss of commercial or other information resulting from the use of the Site. The User of this Site assumes all costs and risks related to the use of the Site.

ARTICLE 7. HYPERTEXT LINKS

The site may contain hypertext links pointing to other websites on which the site does not exercise control. Despite the prior and regular verifications carried out by the publisher, it declines any responsibility as for the contents that it is possible to find on these sites.
