SeD Group « doesn’t lose the North »* !

 

SeD Group, through the forthcoming creation (March 2019) of a new subsidiary “SeD Logistique – Hauts de France”, will deploy logistics solutions (mechanized and traditional) in order to offer Hauts de France shippers and some of its current customers innovative and efficient solutions to serve their interests for a local, national and international market.

 

As part of this deployment, SeD Group chose to settle on the multi modal platform (rail, road, river) from Delta 3 in Dourges (62) for its strategic location and the modernity of its New Generation buildings with a useful height of 12 meters, allowing to propose an additional floor of storage, ground + 5.

 

A building lease has been signed for 25.000m2 of warehouses, expandable to 36.000m2 from mid-June 2019 and located in the Logistics zone “D” - Building B lot 3.3 (cells B1 to B6).

 

 The building will be equipped with a mechanized sorter on a cell of 6.000m2 and negotiations are being finalized to consider racking the other 3 cells of 6.000m2

 

*French expression with word game: the North is a region of France and the expression « do not lose the North » means to keep the sense of direction
